2016 Summer Movie Series

The Hellenic Cultural Society of San Diego is pleased to announce this year’s round of film showings in its 2016 Summer Movie Series.

This year’s movies, shown on the third Friday of June, July, and August, are a balanced mix of recent hellenic film production as well as a nostalgic look into one of the hellenic cinematography classics. Specifically, the following films are scheduled:

Friday, June 17: “Love Struck” (”Από Έρωτα”), 2014

Friday, July 15: “The Counterfit Coin” (“Κάλπικη Λίρα”), 1955

Friday, August 19: “What if…” (“Αν…”), 2012

All showings will take place at the St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church Cypress Room, at 3655 Park Blvd., San Diego, CA 92103 at 7pm of the event day. Light refreshments will be available. The admission is free, and we welcome donations.
